No audio on my Dell laptop

Hi All,
I have no audio on my laptop, although it detected no problems. I also had a functioning driver. I tried a solution. I uninstalled the driver and restarted my PC. Windows reinstalled my driver on startup and I could hear the sound. But that was only a temporary solution. When the PC was shut down, there was no audio when I restarted it. So whenever I have to get audio, I have to uninstall the driver and restart my PC to get sound. Can I get a permanent solution to this problem?

Did you check your system time and date? whether it get changed during restarting of your laptop?

No. Nothing changes. The date and time remain perfectly okay.
