My dell inspiron 3521 won't turn on

Hello, I'm having problems with my laptop. I was watching a video on YouTube and it was working perfectly fine. However, I left the room for about 5-10 minutes and it was in sleep mode. I tried to start it back up as I usually would, by either touching the mouse pad or pressing the power button, and the only LED light that came on was the first one. So I held the power button to turn it off, and when I tried the turn it on, the power (first) light would turn on and the second light would turn on. However, the second light would jump right back off. I honestly don't understand what's going on. Please help.
