Hello, I'm having problems with my laptop. I was watching a video on YouTube and it was working perfectly fine. However, I left the room for about 5-10 minutes and it was in sleep mode. I tried to start it back up as I usually would, by either touching the mouse pad or pressing the power button, and the only LED light that came on was the first one. So I held the power button to turn it off, and when I tried the turn it on, the power (first) light would turn on and the second light would turn on. However, the second light would jump right back off. I honestly don't understand what's going on. Please help.

Try the following:
1. turn off the laptop
2. remove the battery and disconnect the charger
3. press and hold down the power button for 30 seconds
4. insert the battery and plug in the charger
5. try a normal start.
