Hello,
I have gone through the suggestion given by you but still I can't login if I login I'll end up in the page saying that we've detected suspicious activity and which was not done by me. Since 2days.
Can it be regained by me.
Please do help me.

What account are you talking about, you have posted in the Facebook section?

The Facebook account it's showing that we've detected suspicious activity and not letting me to login. Is this account can be able to regain , still I did not receive any security check from Facebook team

My computer dose not have any virus.

How can you be so sure? You don't have the type of diagnostic tool that I have.

In my view, your computer has a virus, hence the suspicious activity message.
