Keyboard items 'i', ',', '8', etc do not type.

Whenever I go onto my Windows computer, The keyboard items 'i', ',', '8', etc do not type. After a while, it will turn back to normal like nothing ever happened but now.... Now it won't change to being able to type and im locked out of my account.

What should I do about this situation?

What account are you talking about?

Yes, it's a laptop ( Forgot to add that )

When I say account, I mean the account you have to log in when you open up the computer/laptop.

Hi

This is a frequent issue with laptops, the keyboard needs to be removed and cleaned. I suggest you see a repair shop.
