sadly, i've had this issue, and all i can say it, try to remember the password, or just forget about your account, there is 100% no way you can get a new password or access your account without your original number,
I honestly left Yahoo for this reason, my biggest bet for you is to go over to google+ and gmail, theres no number needed.
and for a word of advice, next time you make an email,
write the password down.
