My pc boots fine.But nothing appears on the monitor

Hello,

My pc boots up fine i mean all the fans and leds works but nothing appears on the screen i try to replace the gpu card but nothing I don't know what to do so please help me

What happens if you access the monitor's OSD (on screen display)? Push the menu button and let us know the result.

I cant do nothing. Nothing appears on screen and no buttons work.. I have a theory of broken/burned CPU..
