Problem with Keyboard or Mouse

When I'm in certain games that have a hotbar such as Minecraft, DayZ, Rust etc the hotbar cycles on it's own and I have no idea how to fix it, I don't think it's my mouse as it's brand new and my Keyboard is a Madcatz V7 if that helps. Can anyone please help me solve this issue
