Hi Pavan,
Please test your Windows installation DVD on another PC. Does the installation start? Check the boot order in BIOS. Your DVD Rom should be in first place. If you have the option, try installing from an installation USB. The USBs usually show less installation errors.
If the installation does not start even on another PC, you may need to replace the DVD.
