Laptop Windows 10 blank screen

Hello,

When I start windows 10 the screen is blank but the cursor works. I tried hitting the f8 key and on the right hand side I get "Project" "Project to a Connected Screen which does absolutely nothing. How do I fix it?

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.
