Toshiba satellite blackout but still turns on

Hello,
I have a toshiba satellite laptop that runs on windows 10. It will turn on but then black out and turn off randomly and will only be on for short periods of time. I don't know how to fix this problem or what is causing it if you have any advice at all I would be very grateful.

When it turns off, how long does it take to turn off?
