hi,
it may be that the heatsink is not correctly positioned on the processor.
open the computer casing when it is disconnected from the mains supply, remove the heatsink, apply the conductor paste and then place it again.
make sure it is correctly positioned.
moun everything ane then start your computer.
if it is not booting, hen it may be that the processor is damaged, get it replaced.
if you cannot do it on your own, call an IT technician.
