Hey, I think I got a answer for this...
Your folders are not showing in flash drive due to corruption or a virus infection. However, your files remain still intact.. You can use Remo Recover for restoring those files..

it Happens when your flash drive get short cut Virus
so you need to do one simple trick
1put your drive to PC
2.open you CMD
3.make a path to flash drive in CMD
(ex:if your flash drive is F then open CMD and type F:/ hit enter )
4. then type attrib -s -r -h /s /d *.*
if it show Access Denied You have to follow another method..
try this and inform me
