Hello, after my win10 had crashed I couldn't launch win10. So I decided to just install win7 then upgrade back to win10. But I can't install win 7 because it does not show any of my drives. HELP

Hi Bob,

So right now you are able to boot from your installation drive, but you cannot select your hard drive as an installation drive? Are you using a desktop PC? If so, try switching the hard drive cable and motherboard port. Also it would be helpful to reset BIOS to its default settings. Could you please confirm that the hard drive is correctly recognized in BIOS?

Hope this helps
