Lost my password of my yahoo email account

I sign up on your forum because i lost my password of my Yahoo email account .In fact I think that
when i was involved in a car accident that my old work mates change my login parameters because i never changed my yahoo password one time and i used the same password for other applications too.
But after one year of revalidation I hope to find my old contacts back and I search a solution to recover are restore my old yahoo account removed by moderator@yahoo.com
I added a security question and the answer was my daughters name but I try that without success
Now I use my gmail email adres removed by moderator7@gmail.com to reach my contacts So by this lette ri hope that there is a solution to resolve my question I am half blind due to my accident but i asked help and we where not able to sign in my old yahoo account
