Capslock tab q and e not working properly

my Capslock key tab q and e just suddenly stopped working in a middle of a game. i thought the keys were worn out but once i press tab + r + e the e button works but instead of e number 4 comes out. please help

Did you test using a external USB keyboard?

i used an external one and it works... but i checked it was not a hardware problem
