Can't log on to facebook

Hello,
My name is Krysti. I'm going threw a bad divorce. My ex somehow got me kicked off Facebook. I had no reason to be kicked off. I don't write anything bad or anything concerning. Its been 5 months and I'm frustrated. Please help me! When I log in it says "Thank you, but we are accessing your account but unfortunately you can't log on. Thanks for your patients".... I can't even email Facebook to ask what's up, and my cell phone is saved with my email and I don't want to set up another account.... Please help! Thanks so much!
