Problem occurs when windows try to installing.

Hello,
last night i was trying to get install windows from my usb stick by manually. i gave the cammand from system management for boot with usb my laptop has stuck and nothing is working. it's only shows me the blank screen and no function key has working too. i took the bettery out and plug the power cable by holding the 30 of power botton, i did try with that method but nothing comes only blank screen still remains. kindly help me out for this,i have the HP 20000 series laptop with defult back up of windows 7. befor doing all this boot installing, i was using Windows 10 in my Hp laptop.

Strange, Try going to another PC, download the windows 10 again, and stick it back in, because your windows 10 download may have crashed and you did not notice it, check the files
