Yahoo mail password can not be reset on line

I have been locked out of my email account for user ***@***
Please help me reset my password...I think my account was somehow changed. I need Yahoo Customer Care to help me reset my password and make my email account useable again.

Make certain you don't call any number to TALK with yahoo, as that does NOT exist!
