Hi Jeet,
Could you check the device on another PC? Happens the same?
Is this a new flash drive or you have been using it without problems in the past? Uninstall it from Device Manager. Furthermore, try uninstalling the USB Hub. Restart the PC and plug the flash drive back in. Are there any installation errors? Check the drive manufacturer’s web page. There may be some drivers that need to be installed manually.
If the same issue happens on another PC, sadly there may be a flash drive problem and you may need to change the device.
