If the laptop is under warranty, would suggest you to contact the seller and ask for assistance. If warranty has expired, disconnect the power cable and remove the battery (if possible) and hold the power button for 20 seconds. Reconnect the power cable and to boot again. If there is no result, open the laptop and check if there is some dust which may be blocking the cooling fans. If all seems fine, I would suggest you to contact a technician because there may be a motherboard issue.
