Hi Rjay,
So right now you have some unallocated space which you cannot use? Could you please attach a screenshot from your Disk Management? What happens when you right click the unallocated space? Try using these Command Prompt commands:
Diskpart
List partition
Select partition n (n must be the number of the partition)
Clean
Go back to Disk Management and try to create a new partition.

Try disk management by entering diskmgmt.msc in run command
