My Lenovo Yoga 500 shutts off if unplugged (2 months old)

Hello,

the battery level indicator still in 69%. wont charge or discharge. It turns off immediatly if unplugged. I have just called a few times to Lenovo support they tried to fix it by updating some stuff but it did not work.
