My dell Inspiron N5110 is not getting started

Hello,
My dell Inspiron N5110 is not getting started.I had already checked the battery and power cord ,and then I had also tried the solution u have told that is to remove the battery and power cord and push and hold the power button for 30 sec after that connect the power supply and the battery .But,it still not working.Actually I don't have started my laptop from 10 to 15 days and today it's not working.please help

can you run the Dell diagnostics? I think it's f12 after you see the Dell logo.
