Hi Sss,
Please disconnect the power cable and the battery and hold the power button for 20 seconds. Reconnect the power cable and try to boot again. You may also try with another cable. The beep sound usually indicates that all system runs well. If you are not hearing it, there may be an issue with your PC. It looks like it is not getting enough energy. If the laptop is under warranty, you should contact the seller.
Hope this helps

Hi R2D2_WD ,
I tried it but it doesn't turn on. But now it gives 4 beep repeatedly. So I googled and found its RAM issue. When I removed the RAM it gives 2 beep.

Hi again Sss,
The post codes may indicate different things depending on your PC manufacturer. You should check your laptops manual in order to be sure what those codes mean. This can be a bit confusing because the four beeps and the two beeps may indicate a RAM problem. In fact, in most of the cases, two beeps may indicate a missing RAM problem, which means that maybe the memory is not correctly placed. You may need to contact the laptop manufacturer in order to have a better idea what is going on.
