Hi Manu,
It was a good idea to check the charger on another PC, but have you tried another charger with your PC? If happens the same even with another charger, there may be a hardware issue with your PC which requires a professional assistance in order to be fixed. I would recommend you to disconnect the power cable and battery and hold the power button for 10 seconds. Reconnect the cable and try again. If the situation is the same, contact a technician, or if the drive is under warranty, contact the seller.
