2nd user cant access network when account is switched

Hello,
i am using a computer to and i have connected to a wireless account which i dont know the credentials it was connected by a friend but we have multiple accounts on the system. anytime the 2nd user switch the account he does not get the internet access it disconnected in his account but when it is switched back to the previous account it will be working.

sorry we can't begin to help without more details about the network and the software it's running. It's possible the ISP has limited the number of connections. I suggest you contact them.

is a company network and the administrator connected it on ma laptop but some also have an account that he wants to sign in on the same machine so he switches the acccount but when the account is switched he cant get the network icon turns yellow the warning sign
