RCA tablet will not connect to public wifi

Hello, my RCA tablet will not connect to public wifi neither will it connect to my router at home. I've reset the table and I've unplugged my router at home to see was it the problem. But the tablet insists on saying that it's an authentication problem or it will continue to say connecting and it never connects.

There seems to be a generic problem with RCA tablets and wifi.

Sorry - At this point we have no solution.

All others devices find my router but not the RCA Tablet.
