Recover email account

In registering n anew site it require changing my codes. In so doing I lost all my history of email addresses I did not know this would happen. Could you please help me to get back my old address, password, and history. I only remember my password at one point be "removed by moderator". My current nickname is "removed by moderator which was changed to in this subscription. I certainly would appreciate help in this matter and as soon as possible because some email addresses and emails are very important.
