How do i use realtek Hd internet recording???

Hello,
I am asking the pros now...................... I want to be able to record what i hear coming out of my speakers. I have a dell 530s with the realtekhd sound card, i am running vista premium. The fine people at dell told me i have to buy a new audio card, but i think i should be albe to do this. I have done it on all of my other pcs that had xp on them. I like to use this feature to record streaming news or music and convert to mp3 then record on cds.


if you can help me, and tell me why it won't do this on my pc i would be very glad.
