My keyboard dont work properly?

Hello,

I have an extera numerical keyboard, now my labtop keyboard dont work properly. When I want to write, letters in right side of my labtop show numbers.I connect my extra keyboard to right USB of my labtop.

My keyboard dont work properly?

Does the internal keyboard work OK when you remove the USB connected keyboard?

also when I remove external keyboard it doesnt work.
