try the following:
1. remove the battery and unplug the charger
2. press and hold the power button for 60 seconds
3. insert the battery and plug in the charger
4. start as normal

Hello Chim,
Laptop’s internal battery can be easily removed, you should take your laptop to repairing centre and ask a technical person to remove the battery for you. Good Luck!!
