Acer laptop sound problem

Hello,
iam using windows 10,my laptop is acer aspire,sound driver is not responding no sound in my laptop before it is working properly know it is fixing problem help me out

Did you upgrade to 10, or did you start with 10? If you upgraded, look for a folder called windows.old. Within that folder you will probably see that windows 10 removed the REALTEK driver. Your sound board is probably a realtek sound device. Good luck, I have been working on this, along with the realtek ethernet controller being removed and deleted by windows 10 recovery!
