Changed my cell phone number

I had turned on 2-Step Verification for my 2 gmail accounts and neglected to change it on my accounts. I my passwords are correct but, the verification code is sent to my old number. The only option offered to me I not knowing my user name but it's my account name.
My new number is: removed by moderator
