Hard disk not support

Hello,


my gigabyte h81m-s1 is not supporting wd 1tb hard disk....
when I open bios is tell hard-disk not support can you tell me why it is happening ?? It's windows 7 ultimate

Is the hard disk formatted for Linux or Mac?

does the hard disk work in other computers? It could be that the disk has been damaged and needs to be replaced.

Ok... I have still 1 year warranty of wd hard-disk doe's they replace it ?

perhaps - You will probably need to download and run their diagnostic software first.
