Computer not booting after ram upgrade

Billy,
pentium G3240
Gigabyte Z97 D3H
gtx 610 2gb
akasa venom medusa cooler
4gb ram 1333mhz

I recently bought
2x8gb ddr3 1600mhz rams
and my computer is having a boot loop

I have tried to boot with one stick on all slots but same result

It only works with the 4gb 1333mhz

what should i do?

I suggest you return the RAM since it's incompatible with your motherboard.
