No DVI, VGA, or HDMI detected

Hello Everyone,

So before I decided to post I have already been scouring the Internet for answers which to no avail have I found one. My problem is my monitor won't detect any input source. Just recently replaced my motherboard because with my old one my PC got suck in an endless reboot loop on its MSI intro screen so I got a used Intel Extreme DZ77GA-70K Motherboard since my processor is an LGA 1155. Anyways I did the whole ordeal of dismantling, replacing and rebuilding and everything is connected where it should be all snug. So I turned on my PC and it's on but no signal from any source on my monitor and it keeps restarting. I'm going to upload A pic of the visual bios
