Locked down computer no password

Hello,
I was messing around with my friends old Dell Computer and hit the F8 key and got it locked down due to guessing too many times the administrator password it went into proctective mode and locked down and says must lock down now due to wrong password 7 times,,,how do I get out of it?

There is a tool (free), that will create a linux build on a USB stick. Build one of those, boot into the USB stick, and follow instructions! It is free, there are are alot of tools that will try to charge for a free service.
