Powerprep software

i have installed the powerprep software earlier and practiced the tests , and now a couple of days later the software is not at all working . when i click on the CONTINUE button there is nothing done in the form of response ,even after allowing the all blocked contents. How can i solve this issue. please reply me with a solution at your earliest.
