Would like to have my money put back into my account

Hello,
This is Mary Kay Cutlip, I canceled this out last week and now I see where you went into my account without any my permission after I canceled and you took out $15.00, I want all of this deleted as of now again. I would like to have my money put back into my account. When someone cancels their account you have no right to go and take out money they did give you permission to take.
