Pc turns off

Hello,
when i start my computer it works good i syart my game on pcsx2 and while playing it suddenly shut down i again start the main button but a light appears and again close after 2 seconds its happening after since i started playing games on ppsspp or pcsx2

It sounds as though it is getting hot, and shutting down to protect itself. Is this a laptop or a desktop?

It is a dekstop hp company 4 gb ram
