Having trouble with my email because cell has been changed

Hello, im having trouble getting into my yahoo email because my cell phone number has changed. And why im i gonna ask u guys to send a new change via text if u send it to the wrong number it won't let me change it please help. My new cell #removed by moderator. The old one my cell was connected to was removed by moderator
