Can Windows Media player lose copmponents?

Hello,
I think I am missing some omponents to my Widows media player 11. It will not start in 2 of my users environments--where it has in the past. How can I find out if and what components I need?

hi,
i don't think you will be able to find out what files are missing,
uninstall media player and then reinstall it to fix the problem.
