Username url

Hello,
I have been told that I need 25 likes before I can get a url username for a page I have created, but I now have over 25 likes but it still wont allow. I still get the "This Page isn't eligible to have a username." message.
What has changed is there is now a name under my id photo on the page, and in the url there is my name with numbers after it.
