function key Closed

Hello, 

I am ketaki. I'm using dell insipron 15 3542 model. I'm facing problem while locking fn .
i was use fn+esc to lock multimedia key. but now i cant able to lock them. is there any setting those i have to check??


Configuration: Windows / Chrome 53.0.2785.116

Maybe sticky keys is enabled?  Hold down the FN key for five seconds and see what the menu says!
