Internet access but in browser access error 404--not found

Hello,
i trying so much for access browser i not able to access it .my ping to the network is also ok.
i tried your some junk remover software but stiil not working
this problem is generated after idm registration by ptch .
pls help me

Take the cord from the ISP gateway, and connect it into your device. Does it browse now?

Do you have a red light on the gateway. or are they all green? CALL YOUR ISP!

If the ISP is all green, then make certain you are pulling an ip address from the ISP gateway. Connect the ethernet back into the ISP router, and refresh the IP with Windows Key, type run, then type cmd. In the cmd window, type ipconfig /release. Then type ipconfig /renew. Let us know what Address you get.
