Acer laptop restart after i shutdown

Hello,
i bought this laptop last year.
recently when i shut down my laptop, it automatically restart
i tought it is affect by virus. so i do a full scan.
a tracking cookie appear. i deleted it.. then i shut down my laptop..
but still restart immediately after shutting down..
why??? Help.....!!!!1

try to plug out ur socket immediately..so its not happen again..gud luck..
