Hi Muthu,
I recommend you to disconnect power cable and battery and hold the power button for 20 seconds. Reconnect power cable and try to boot. If the issue persists, there may be a device issue. Make sure you have no peripherals connected. If the PC is able to boot, open Device Manager and locate the Keyboard. Select it and go to Power Management. Activate the option Allow this device to wake the computer. Check the link below for some additional information:
