Hello,
I'm an indian guy, Near New delhi! my question is that my pc is not turning on! As on charging light on pc, When i plug in the charger it blinks for a second and then back to black screen! Anyways my charger's light is on that range only.
I'll be very Thankful for the same if you'll help to me!

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.
