Hi Dhcj,
Are you able to see the manufacturer’s logo after pressing the power button? Are you able to open the BIOS menu? There may be a Windows startup issue. If you have a Windows installation device, boot from it and select the Repair option. This may solve some minor errors and booting problems. Check the laptop manual for some model specific factory reset button combination. If the PC is under warranty, contact the seller and ask for guidance.
