Hello,

My computer has on occasion shut down during or shortly after boot, that is it shuts off almost the moment it turns on, then restarts or it shuts off shortly after windows is booted and I am able to use the computer. Anywhere from 1 second after power on to 4-5 minutes later. I have seen at least a few times an overclocking error screen saying my overclocking failed, but I don't overclock. The curious thing is this doesn't happen often, and if I get past the 4-5 minute window, the computer will stay on and running smoothly indefinitely. Sometimes when this occurs the computer will refuse to boot for upwards of 5 attempts, but usually will boot fine on the second try.

My specs are as follows:
Intel Processor Haswell Intel Core i7-5820K 3.3GHz (Hexa Core)
CPU Cooling Asetek 570LC High Performance Liquid Cooling
Intel Motherboard 2011 ASUS X99-DELUXE
Quad - Channel Memory 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 2133Mhz
Primary Hard Drive Samsung 850 EVO 250GB SSD Read: 540MB/s Write: 520MB/s
Secondary Hard Drive 2TB 7200 RPM
Graphics Card Nvidia GTX 980 x 2
Power Supply 1000 Watt
Operating System Windows 10 64 bit

These types of problems are often cause by incompatible BIOS settings. Did you check with the MB manufacturer to see if a BIOS update is available?
Just be vary careful when doing the update.

Good luck
